Established as a guest house for over a century, the current owners of this busy New Forest bed & breakfast have owned and managed it for ten years and are looking to retire.

Located in the village of Cadnam in the heart of the New Forest National Park, this beautiful B&B benefits from all that the forest has to offer, with nature trails and walks only a short walk away.

Conveniently located with easy access to the M27 and the A31, it is easy for guests to travel from Southampton, Winchester, Bournemouth and London. And the main railway station of Ashurst is only a ten minute drive away.

This successful B&B profits from year-round business and includes: six letting bedrooms (all with ensuites), a generous sized, separate owner’s accommodation in with double bedroom, en-suite, triple aspect sitting room, separate dining room and rear private garden.

The business also has lapsed planning permission to convert the garage and add two extra rooms with en-suites, however, the new owners may need to reapply for this.

Extensively refurbished to a high standard in 2007/8, the building still oozes character with its exposed brick and oak beams, inglenook fireplaces and wood burning stove.

There is plenty of potential for the new owner/s to capitalise on the businesses existing success. Currently, the owners decide to close for ten weeks a year for holidays (including four weeks in the height of summer), they also employ helpers to run the business on a daily basis.
