How do I go about setting up a business abroad? I wish to use a bank outside the UK to hold the account: should I get legal representaion here or there?

Advice for setting up an electrical franchise

Our employee refused to work on scaffolding he was setting up; saying it wasn’t safe. We disagree. He did the site survey & chose the set up. He has worked on the same set up before. We are unsure what action to take; he seems not to want this work.
