The 2009 Business Pulse aims to probe 10,000 small-business leaders on the challenges they are facing, their level of optimism and the enterprise culture of the UK.

The findings will form the basis of a panel discussion on 19 October that will kick off proceedings at this year’s Small Business Week, where government, business and independent organisations will come together to discuss key issues facing for the UK’s 4.7 million-plus smaller enterprises.
