It is the final day of nominations for the British Small Business Awards! We have received a fantastic response from you, the small businesses of Britain, and the nominations are still piling in. But you still have time to submit your entry if you haven’t already done so. We are accepting nominations until the end of today, July 29th.
The British Small Business Awards, held on October 20th at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London, is the leading celebration of the UK’s small business sector, recognising the nation’s best sole traders, micro businesses and small companies – as well as the services providers and advisers that support them.
Recognising such a vital part of the economy is crucial, and the smallest businesses are often under-represented in the events space. This is where we come in.
Our vendor categories are closed, but you can still nominate for:
Sole Trader of the Year, sponsored by Vistaprint, recognising the sole trader business that provides a service/product that stands above peers, demonstrating consistent sales over the past year and a niche position in its industry.
Micro Business of the Year, also sponsored by Vistaprint, aimed at companies of 2-9 people that have demonstrated strong revenue growth and a product or service of a quality that stands above competitors. The identifying of and capitalising on scale opportunities will also be noted by the judges.
Small Business of the Year, aimed at companies of 10-50 employees. This category will celebrate the most innovative and sector-disrupting service/product that has shown strong turnover growth over the past year.
As well as this, your business will have the chance to nominate for such gongs as Website of the Year, Leader of the Year, and Innovation of the Year. For a full list of categories, don’t forget to visit the site and nominate using this link.
Good luck and see you at the event!
