Aye Pickled is a family business based in Edinburgh. They hand make batches of gourmet pickles and live cultured ferments for the food service industry and for consumers at home.

Their pickles are made using hot brines, vinegars and lots of herbs and spices, and their ferments are made with raw ingredients and are lacto-fermented, which is a process that creates flavour and healthy bacteria that could be good for your gut.
