Ex-Oasis band member drums up support for franchise

Ex-Oasis drummer Tony McCaroll has been drumming up support for two new Clive's Easylearn Pop Music Schools in Heald Green and Cheadle Hulme in Cheshire.

McCaroll, who shot to fame with Manchester band Oasis, took time out to support the music franchise and attend the launch of two new outlets.

He said: ‘It’s brilliant that young people can get together and play music for fun and have a good time while doing it. Playing live with other people is what it is all about, getting out of the bedroom and being in a band.’

Clive’s Music was established in 1981 after its founder saw a clear gap in the market where music tuition for children was concerned – primarily because of the music they were being taught. It wasn’t what they wanted to know about and it wasn’t what they were listening to.
