Founded in 2012, Pots and Co takes exceptional puddings out of restaurants and into homes. From their kitchen in London, they hand-make and steam-bake all their puddings in individual ceramic pots.

The founder was standing in a lemon posset factory and there wasn’t a fresh lemon in sight. As a chef – this didn’t make sense and so Pots & Co was born. Their chocolate puds are all handmade with top cocoa, grown in Colombia.
