Sage x Guinness Six Nations 2024 Promotion Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are brought to you by Sage (UK) Limited, whose registered office is at C23 5 & 6 Cobalt Park Way, Cobalt Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE28 9EJ (“Sage“, “we“, “us“, “our“).
These terms and conditions should be read alongside and are in addition to any specific terms which we have included in any promotion or message, for example by email, in any of our marketing material or online content (“Promotional Material”). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any Promotional Material, the Promotional Material will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
You must be aged 18 or older and be a resident of England, Scotland or Wales, and must be an owner or a financial professional of a small or medium sized business. A small or medium business is defined as a limited company, sole trader, corporate or limited liability partnership, or an accountancy practice currently trading in the UK with 2999 employees or less. The small business must have been operating for a minimum of 2 years as of the 18th of January 2024.
Employees of Sage (UK) Limited, or any organisation professionally involved in this promotion, or their close relatives, are not eligible to enter. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

To Enter: Visit https://smallbusiness.co.uk/win-tickets-to-guinness-six-nations-rugby/ and complete the online form with your details (name, business name, email address, phone number) alongside which match you would like to see (either Ireland v Wales, Scotland v England or England v Ireland) to enter into the relevant Prize Draw for the relevant match.
Unless otherwise stated, we will only accept one entry into the prize draw per person per match. No business may win more than one Prize. The winner is advised to check and is responsible for any tax implications which may arise as a result accepting Prize(s).
Entry into the prize draw will commence on 13:00 GMT on 29 January 2024 and shall continue until 23:59 GMT on 8 February 2024 inclusive.
Unless we state otherwise, the provisional winner(s) will be drawn at random within 1 working days following the relevant closing date. We will notify the provisional winner(s) within 1 working days after the draw has taken place. The provisional winner(s) will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. The deadline for acknowledging a Prize is 2 days after initial contact with the winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 2 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. We do not accept responsibility for entries which fail to reach us before the closing date for any reason, are incomplete, illegible or corrupted. Sage’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 3 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing sage@csm.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
In the unlikely event that we have difficulties in acquiring the advertised Prize(s), we have the right to substitute the Prize(s) with alternative(s) provided that any substitutions shall be of equal or greater value. We won’t offer a cash alternative and you cannot request an alternative Prize. If any Prize(s) are unclaimed after one month they will be deemed to have been forfeited and we reserve the right to award the Prize(s) to the next randomly selected entry.
The Prize(s) are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier and all warranties, guarantees or other representations in relation to the Prize(s) are as provided by the manufacturer or supplier. We will not be liable for any non-compatibility of the Prize(s) with any other product or service.
Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at available by sending a request via email to sage@csm.com. The winners can object to their details being published by emailing sage@csm.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
We may request that you agree to co-operate with Sage for publicity purposes free of charge, to include the publication (including on the internet) of your name and photograph in the announcement of the result. Participation is at your discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance
We seek to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the we reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, we reserve the right at any point to:
a) Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b) Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c) Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d) Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
e) Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
f) Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
g) Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
h) Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage by entering the prize draw (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with your participation in the prize draw) or from our refusal to allow you take part in the prize draw or from our withdrawal of the prize draw for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and/or withdraw the prize draw at any time without notice.
If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by entering the prize draw you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
