The inaugural British Small Business Summit, organised by SmallBusiness.co.uk and GrowthBusiness.co.uk, and held at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel, is the pre-eminent day event for small company owners to convene over the business matters that concern them the most.

At the start of 2017, there were an estimated 5.7 million small businesses (defined as those with 0-49 employees) in the UK, accounting for 99.3 per cent of all private sector businesses.

While small companies may be numerous, the process of starting and growing a business can feel isolating, especially if you’re going it alone. From raising money, to maintaining margins, to managing your back office, authoritative advice and support is essential for small business owners to fulfil their company’s potential.

Through inspirational speeches, educational breakout rooms and panels, the British Small Business Summit will bring together the innovative small businesses underpinning the economy, and the vendors, advisers and industry figureheads that help them start, run, grow and succeed.
