1. These terms and conditions are brought to you by Sage (UK) Limited, whose registered office is at C23 5 & 6 Cobalt Park Way, Cobalt Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE28 9EJ (“Sage“, “we“, “us“, “our“).   
  1. These terms and conditions should be read alongside and are in addition to any specific terms which we have included in any promotion or message, for example by email, in any of our marketing material or online content (“Promotional Material”). If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any Promotional Material, the Promotional Material will prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.  
  1. You must be aged 18 or older and be a resident of the UK or Ireland. 
  1. Employees of Sage, CSM Sport and Entertainment LLP, or any organisation professionally involved in this promotion, or their close relatives, are not eligible to enter. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. 
  1. Instructions on how to enter the prize draw are stated on “https://smallbusiness.co.uk/win-tickets-to-an-afternoon-of-cricket-this-summer/”. Unless otherwise stated, we will only accept one entry into the prize draw per person. The prize is one pair  of  tickets to one of the following The Hundred games (“Prize”):
    • x2 General admission tickets to Oval Invincibles v Manchester Originals on Wednesday 9 August at the Kia Oval.  
    • x2 General admission tickets to Northern Superchargers  v Oval Invincibles on Friday 11 August at Headingly 
    • x2 Hospitality tickets to London Spirit v Northern Superchargers on Friday 18 August at Lords 
    • x2 General tickets to The Hundred eliminator game on Saturday 26 August at the Kia Oval 
    • x2 General admission tickets to The Hundred Final game on Sunday 27 August at Lords 
  1. You will be asked for your preference on which match you would like to attend, however this is not guaranteed, and the tickets will be assigned at random. No entrant may win more than Prize.
  1. For games 5.a and 5.b, entry into the prize draw will commence on 26/07/2023 at 00:01 and shall continue until 31/07/2023 at 11:59. The winners will be drawn at random on 1 August. Winners will be notified by Sage via telephone on this date.
  1. For games 5.c, 5.d & 5.e, entry into the prize draw will commence on 01/08/2023 at 00:01 and shall continue until 10/08/2023 at 11:59. The winners will be drawn at random on August 11 and will be notified by Sage via telephone on either day.
  1. We do not accept responsibility for entries which fail to reach us before the closing date for any reason, are incomplete, illegible or corrupted. Sage’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  1. You are advised to check, and you are responsible for any tax implications which may arise as a result accepting the Prize. You are also advised to check if your acceptance of this Prize is permitted in line with any gifts and hospitality policy your business may have in place in relation to receipt of prizes. The Prize is as stated and any additional costs incurred, such as transport to and from the venue and overnight accommodation are the responsibility of the Prize winner.   
  1. The deadline for accepting a Prize will be outlined in the communication to winners. If the winner advises Sage, they are unable to attend a match for which they have won tickets, Sage will draw an alternative winner from the competition entrants. 
  1. In the unlikely event that we have difficulties in acquiring the advertised Prize, we have the right to substitute with an alternative provided that any substitution shall be of equal or greater value, including tickets to alternative matches if available. Sage will not offer a cash alternative, alternative Prize, or tickets for a different date. 
  1. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the sporting body and match venue. All warranties, guarantees or other representations in relation to the Prize is as provided by the manufacturer or supplier. We will not be liable for any non-compatibility of the Prize(s) with any other product or service. 
  1. If you agree to these terms and conditions, you agree that we may use your personal details to administer the award of the Prize and for any other purposes stated in the accompanying Promotional Material. The Prize will be provided and/or facilitated via CSM Sport and Entertainment LLP (‘CSM’) and will be issued to eligible winners by CSM. If you do not consent to such use of your details, please do not agree to these terms and conditions. 
  1. We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage by accepting a Prize (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with your award of the prize) or from our withdrawal of the Prize or any other failure or inability by you to accept a Prize for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud. 
  1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and/or withdraw any Prize that is awarded at any time without notice (including without limit pursuant to any applicable law, regulation, or compliance with Sage internal policies). 
  1. All match tickets for The Hundred 2023 , which have been accepted in line with these terms and conditions, will be distributed digitally to the respective winners by the Third-Party Agency through a redemption code, which must be redeemed via The Hundred’s official app. No paper tickets will be issued under any circumstances.   1. All respective winners who have accepted match tickets for The Hundred 2023 in line with these terms and conditions must adhere to the ground rules of any venue they attend in line with the terms and conditions as specified as part of their match ticket and as a condition of entry.

All match tickets for The Hundred 2023 , which have been accepted in line with these terms and conditions, cannot be sold by the respective winners to alternative parties or given to other parties by way of raffle, auction, or other similar means. Any match tickets transferred in this way will be void.

  1. These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by entering the prize draw you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions. 

Data Protection

Sage has engaged the services of the Third-Party Agency, who have also engaged the services of the Independent Agency, to assist with the running of the competition, the collection and management of data and the selection of the Shortlisted Entrants, Further Shortlisted Entrants Prize Winners. By entering this competition, you consent to the Promoter sharing any personal data received for the purposes of the competition with the Third-Party Agency and Independent Agency.
