Labs Hawley Wharf, London, UK

Office provider LABS was inspired by the hospitality sector to create a sophisticated, beautiful, calm and warm environment at Hawley Wharf in London’s Camden neighbourhood. The design team used a muted palette that included lots of natural materials, such as timber and exposed concrete. This palette and the use of natural materials evoke a sense of timelessness and enables everyone to relax in the space.

Large windows also allow for lots of natural light to enter the workspace, which helps make sure people feel their best so they can be at their most productive, as well as providing views of Regent’s Canal for people to enjoy.

LABS says its design choices at Hawley Wharf were based on understanding human behaviours and social interactions, creating a space which is nurturing and promotes collaboration to help ensure people and businesses can thrive.
