Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days to be completed, however you can also select priority shipping that takes about 2-3 business days.
Stripe offers a one-year limited warranty on all card readers purchased. If your reader breaks or malfunctions, contact Stripe from the account that placed the initial order, along with the serial number of the device and a description of the issue you are experiencing. If the Stripe support team deems it necessary to send a replacement, those are usually sent overnight.
