Rutland Partners is a private equity “turnaround” business that focuses on helping clients work through challenging times and difficult transitions. Design agency Chaos was challenged to create this visual representation of positive change, of literally “turning over a new leaf”. By graphically representing a leaf going from being dead to a spring-like bright green perfectly suggests the turnaround opportunity and Rutland’s ability to help the business they invest in and be a catalyst for change.
